Build agreement through the whole phrase and state whether the meaning is relative or absolute.

Form самый phrases for masculine, feminine, neuter, and plural heads. Decline: from the biggest city; in the newest book; with the best friends. Use наиболее/наименее in two oblique phrases. Recognise and interpret важнейший, строжайший, высочайший. Contrast лучше/лучший and decline лучший. Express a maximum with всех/всего and name an explicit comparison set.
