Form and explain ordinary genitive phrases before solving the special 2-4 patterns.

Form with нет: но́вый телефо́н, си́нее мо́ре, большо́е окно́, ва́жная но́вость. Form with из/без: ру́сский го́род; хоро́шая ка́рта. State the spelling and pronunciation rule in но́вого. Build: два + но́вый дом; три + си́нее мо́ре; четы́ре + большо́е окно́. Give the neutral learner default: две + но́вая кни́га. Regularise in the oblique case: к + два + но́вый дом.
