Masculine and neuter after 2-4

For masculine and neuter heads, place a following long adjective in genitive plural while the counted noun is genitive singular.

  • This pattern also applies to compound cardinal numbers ending in 2, 3, or 4, except those ending in 12, 13, or 14. Animacy changes the accusative quantity pattern and should be learned from complete examples.
