Declension families as usable patterns
Traditional labels are useful, but learners should attach them to visible form-building families.
- Better memory bundle: Store a new noun as gender + animacy + nominative singular + genitive singular + nominative plural + genitive plural. Those diagnostic forms expose most irregular behaviour.
